Additional Complaint Information

On June 3, 2016 Ubiquity Retirement + Savings™ notified the Better Business Bureau (BBB), that the company transitioned to a new platform in March 2016. Ubiquity reported that the rollout of the platform had some issues that impaired clients’ ability to enjoy the full benefits of the new system.

Ubiquity advised the BBB that the response time to some client complaints had been inadequate. They had also emailed clients to apologize and affirm their commitment to taking immediate action to correct issues as soon as possible.
Ubiquity increased support and customer service staff to address issues relating to the new platform more quickly.  The BBB was also notified that the Ubiquity response included engaging a 24-hour call center to manage customer service calls and employing a dedicated social media response team. Further, Ubiquity’s web development team continues to troubleshoot the few remaining customer service issues.
Ubiquity continues to update clients of any new platform issues until all items are resolved.

BBB suggests that prior to filing a complaint, clients attempt to reach the company via phone or social media.
