I purchased a book package that include digital ebook, web and a hard copy of Logic Pro **** book by ************************* on February 28, 2022 from Peachpit Press who calls themselves ******* *************** in some of the emails they have sent me. They sent we the wrong hard copy of the book, plus the ebook and digital exercise files for the book. On March 22 when I picked the book I removed the package in the store and left with the book. After I drove away I decided to open the book. In front of the cover was an invoice so you are unable to see the title of the book until you remove the shrink wrap covering the entire front of the book. When I removed the shrink wrap I discovered I they sent me the Fundamentals of Phonetics. That is so far from a book on music production. When I emailed the company there response was tepid to say the least. They never offered to sent a shipping label for return of the book and to mail the correct book. They demanded picture after picture of the book (I never heard anything so outrageous). I demanded a refund to which I have received one. To add insult to injury they suggested I pay to ship the incorrect book back. It's now around 20 emails later, I have no refund and I have no book. These people just don't care and I don't recommend anyone buying anything from them.
