    Pocket Gems (PG), has suspended my account, and is refusing to unsuspended my account. They have accused me of cheating, and violating section 8 of their code of conduct. This is completely untrue, and very offensive.Ive been playing the Pocket Gems, (PG) game WarDragons very actively for the past five years. *** invested a lot of time and money. *** never had a complaint or done anything inappropriate while playing the game. I recently have started playing an advanced area of the game known as Atlas more, and there is a bit of a learning curve. I was kicked off my team because I unknowingly attacked two castles my team didnt want to attack, which is not illegal, and is also listed as an option while playing. I was merely following the options available on the castles and trying to learn Atlas. The team reacted completely inappropriately by posting several nasty things on the team chat after kicking me off and requesting my account be banned with no explanation whatsoever. I learned about this from my girlfriend who is also on the same team.I contacted the pocket gems support center and requested my account be unsuspended. The response I got was that I had been cheating, and violated their code of ethics in section 8. This is completely untrue and offensive.I would like my account unsuspended immediately; or be compensated for the time and money Ive invested over the past five years. I have paid $4.99 frequently per month over the last five years, as well as made other purchases. More so than the financial investment, I have played diligently to build my account investing a substantial amount of time every day to it.     A group of us r experiencing the same situation in WarDragons. While targeting a team the support team is suspending our accounts without a reason. They make up some excuse to put u thru a verification process to prove u r the owner of ur account. The questions it self are very easy but PG still holds the suspension and cuts communication for a whole month. Later gives the account back saying sorry, we were so busyNow a suspended team mate called them out. **** u have a member of support inside the defending team and u r suspending us to get us out of ur castles. PG abilities r not to b used to personally go after players. And clean accounts should not b suspended as a defense mechanism. Its a war game she has now been denied from writing to PG any longer and the suspension has not being lifted yet.Who stops the company employees from playing the game and favor some teams over others? Who do we go to in a case like this?Suspending and account temporarily just to help a team hurts an account. Accounts have money invested. What happens when the controlling entity is corrupted? I have reported hackers and violations of their terms and PG had never taken action. Why is the company suspending clean members who play fair when they target a team???Is war dragons not a war game? How can one fight if the other side has the power to do this? The company doesnt explain anything anymore lets see if they respond here but as now Im gonna say stay away from PG.Years of investing money for this. Go find another game with a company that is more respectable and can ensure u a fair game.
