Based on BBB files this company has a pattern of complaints. Complaints state that consumer's complete promotional offers in order to receive reward points for games, but, the points are never received. In some cases consumers state that the company requires proof of the completed offers, but once the consumer submits the information they still do not receive the reward points. SponsorPay responded to the pattern by stating the following:

SponsorPay Support Operations pays out the coins manually. In a case where users still do not receive their coins, we contact the game publisher to ask him to give the coins to the user. In case of a technical integration error we ask the game publisher to fix the technical integration so all users get their coins seamlessly. We have built an automated system so bad advertising offers get turned off automatically after 300 clicks. We elucidate users in case they were not eligible to receive coins in the first place (e.g. they completed the offer with a competitor, they did not complete the required actions, they used a proxy to gain access to offers outside of their reach).
