            2/20/2021 Giving assistant offered ,$25 Cashback for e-filing with tax slayer + 20% Cashback on any purchase (cost of filing federal and /or state taxes) filed both and both accepted..$53.00 total never received. Back in may of 2022 I received information giving assistant was going under and closing website and to get paid I would need to file forms for payment..I did so at this time including the same above informations and as I understood it I would receive the money owed for the listed transaction above as well as the balance of account which was $23.00, total $76.00, yet I have not only not received as of yet I am being told I didn't file the claim back in may when I in fact did.. Giving assistant ran me in circles before this issue back and forth and finally not even answering me at all with support tickets and requests for payment i was owed. I had several support agents say that giving assistant.never had an offer for what I specified when I not only had screenshots once but several times.of the same promo and Cashback % to show them as proof. So after the 11th customer support rep,.finally I was told I would receive my funds within the week,that was about a year n half ago..

            I have reached out numerous times to try & get my money they owe me. And now all my emails get "kicked back" so there is no way to contact them. I have a good amount of *********** what? I cant do anything? Should I get with a law firm & file a claim? *** them? what? I go no notice from them saying they are no longer in service or they were going through changes. It now will not even let me Sign in to my account. This is the most unprofessional business!
