I have reached out numerous times to try & get my money they owe me. And now all my emails get "kicked back" so there is no way to contact them. I have a good amount of *********** what? I cant do anything? Should I get with a law firm & file a claim? *** them? what? I go no notice from them saying they are no longer in service or they were going through changes. It now will not even let me Sign in to my account. This is the most unprofessional business!Review from Tony L

Company no longer in business. Can't login to their site to check cashback status/balance. Phone number no longer in service. Took me for over $300 cashback (two $2700 computer purchases @ 6% CB). Scummy.Review from ADAM B

This company attempted to send me a payout but their bank declined the transactions due to "insufficient funds" (according to paypal). I have called and left over a dozen voicemails and sent equally as many emails with no response at all. Now the phone number is being shown as disconnected. I do not recommend doing any business with this company!!!!Review from Melinda S

Three checks issued to the non-profit I'm with where returned "Account Blocked/Frozen". Which triggered the nonprofits bank to charge $36 in fees! Now I've read they've declared bankruptcy. Unlike some users, I never received a letter from Giving Assistant's general counsel. This is just despicable. Many people who shopped through their interface shopped there with the intention of their chosen nonprofit receiving much needed donations. Shame on Giving Assistant!!!Review from Wayne R

Mobile Check Was blocked and fee assessed due to their check bouncing. Will be contacting the ************************ to let them know this company is causing fees to be unwittingly assessed and they are issuing bad checks.Review from Suzanne S

I received a Giving Assistant check earlier this week. Did a mobile deposit at my local bank. The check (less than $10) was returned stating that the account was Frozen / Blocked. Deluxe Checks reopened the check so I could print it again and take it to the bank to be deposited. I was charged a $12 fee for the check which my back reversed. The bank was not able to tell me the reason why it was returned but said I would get a letter. So I went ahead and deposited the manual check and it was once again returned with another $12 fee. My bank issued me credit my $9 of the fee and indicated that the check is not valid.After looking at their ******** page, it appears that they are no longer in business. They need to immediately STOP issuing checks that are not valid.Review from Julia S

On 12/1/2021, I, along with all of Giving Assistant's (GA) other users (creditors), received a letter from GA's legal counsel that appears to indicate that the company has been dissolved and engaged said legal counsel as the assignee for the benefit of its creditors on 11/15/2021. This letter goes on to state that creditors will only be entitled to monies owed prior to the date of the assignment. What this means is that the company knowingly delayed this announcement for 2 weeks while hordes of unsuspecting shoppers earned GA commissions from the biggest shopping season of the year (Black Friday). This, presumably, very large sum of money will go to GA and none of it - according to this letter - will be paid out to the creditors (shoppers) whose hard-earned money earned GA said commissions. Thanks, ***! You're a class act as always.
