            I reserved an appointment for cleaning services in our home and quoted $60/ hour/ worker, with our total reservation time being UP TO 6-8 hours of work. I was assured that we would only be charged for the total time it took the cleaners to complete the job. The 2 workers arrived at approximately 10:50am and left at 12:21pm and were given cash tip. The work was subpar by within acceptable standards. However the company charged our credit card used to hold the reservation for $360 for 6 total hours of work! This is double the actual work time! Multiple people were in the home at the time of service that can confirm the service time. The company refuses to reasons to my emails about the incorrect charge.

            Hired Service Joy Maids for a move-in clean on a condo purchase in North Sacramento. Karla gave me a quote over the phone and seemed friendly and organized. On day of scheduled cleaning maids were late with no phone call. 2 maids cleaned for three hours and asked for more time to finish. Their work was so poor I refused. Streaks on every window and mirror, dried dirty droplets on countertops, baseboards and outlets that were never dusted, doors weren't washed, nothing was thoroughly cleaned. I expressed my concerns to Karla and sent photos documenting the mess. She replied that it was that way because the maids needed more time and that none of money would be refunded. Don't use this company!
