            I would like to leave a complaint to the Westin St. Francis San Francisco on Union Square. During my stay I had an incident of bed bugs, and I came home with various bites on my face and ankles. I have spoke with many managers to voice my concern however I am not getting any help from them, they are careless and being unprofessional. My case was opened and they are trying to quickly dismiss the case by refunding me only $100. I am seeking for 3 days worth of my stay to be refunded.
