Consumer complaints continue to state that consumers order an item (typically a spa) and the company promises delivery by a certain date then contacts the consumer to let them know delivery will be delayed. Consumers also claim they are unable to reach the company to find out the status of their order or to obtain a refund. Some consumers who have ordered spas have received delayed delivery of their spas, but the spa is damaged or does not work properly and consumers are unable to get repairs under the warranty. Other consumers have been able to reach the company after hearing about the delayed delivery and are promised a refund when they ask, but the consumers do not receive their refund.
