Complaint: SFWash did not deliver dry-cleaning. Owner said he knows where he mis-delivered property, but has made no attempt to retrieve it or to reimburse us. On 11/13/14 SFWash delivered a partial order of dry-cleaning. The owner *** ****** said he mis-delivered the order, knew where it was and would retrieve it. He has not done this. He has not reimbursed us for the property. He refuses to communicate with us. Business Response: Initial Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2015/01/30) */ We believe we lost three of this customer's sheets. We believe that the sheets had been mis-delivered to another customer. The other customer had one of the sheets but said she did not have the others and that she would look for them when she got back from a trip. She looked for them again when she returned but did not find them. She told us in no uncertain terms not to speak to her about this issue again. We informed Mr. ******* of this. Our website states clearly that our maximum liability for any one order is $200. We promptly credited this amount back to Mr. *******' credit card when we determined that the sheets would probably not be found.
