They have an option for an automatic payment or auto renewal on this subscription. I always deactivate this option on all my subscriptions, as I want to have control over my purchases. **** overrides this preference a second year in a row, and after getting the notification that I've been charged again for the same service, I immediately contacted customer support to ask for a refund and was informed that they can't provide a refund anymore (even though their policy and guidelines clearly show that you can request a refund during the first 14 days for any digital service). It hasn't even been 24 hours since I got the nonauthorized charge to my credit card, and still they won't honor their policies. This is clearly a scam, because many people on the internet are suffering the same treatment and it all comes down to **** having our credit card information and using it at their own discretion. The customer service representatives weren't of any help whatsoever so now I'm recurring to the BBB to supply help on this issue.
