              On 9/22/22 I placed an order for 500 K9 trading cards. On 9/26/22 I received an email stating that my order was shipped and was provided a tracking number. According to the tracking activity on my package it states that it is still in ***********- "We're sorry your package was delayed. We are adjusting delivery plans as quickly as possible". There has been no movement on my package since 9/26/22 and shipping was supposed to be 3-5 days through *** Ground. I sent a message on 10/5/22 to mytradingcards saying "I still have not received my order. According to the tracking it says it's delayed. There has been no movement on shipping since 9/26/22. Can I please get an update on my order? Thank you." and I have not gotten a response and there is no other way to contact them regarding my order. They do not have a phone number listed and my package is still delayed. I have not received an update on my order and feel that I have wasted my $285.04 dollars.
