Complaint: Refund not processed I have contacted this company several rimes about my refund for the product that didn't work. I was told refunds were handled by the shipping dept. I called shipping I told that someone would call me back, I never got any calls and keep getting nobonfo and the run around about my refund.

Complaint: Purchased thermagasket kit May 26,2014. Returned to company June 18,2014. Still have not received refund for returned product which was never opened. Purchased 5/26/14 item # NS1'thermagasket northstar repair kit.With my American Express credit cd. Which was done with PayPal .Total charge $275.90. transaction ID XXXXXXXXXROXXXXXY. Product returned and received by rxauto 6/18/14. USPS tracking XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Was told by co. Refund could take up to 90 days. I have made calls spoke to a ****,****** and **** with no resolution.I emailed **** to ask to send refund back to my paypal account with my email address ****** I have spoken to PayPal and American Express but because of the purchase date being May 2014 they are unable to help me receive a refund. On their packing slip is their email ******

Desired Settlement: Refund of purchase price $275.90 back to my paypal account or back to my American Express account which was charged. I understand that the $16.00 for shipping and handling would probably not b refunded.

We attempted multiple times to refund through Paypal but were told the account was closed. Per Visa Mastercard and PayPal we are to refund through the same method we are paid. We have no problem refunding Ms ***** as we have told her through PayPal. It needs to be a verified PayPal account. She currently does not have a Verified account we can locate to refund to. If it will make everybody involved satisfied I will mail Ms ***** a check for her refund. Just supply me with a current address through you so we have a record of the address. Complaint: I was given a return authorization number for a failed treatment in September of 2013. in order to receive my money back,it is now Feb,2014. My order number, XXXXX, was placed on September 16th 2013 @ 19:59 hrs. One week later I was counseled by technicians of this company whom advised me this was a "Failed Treatment" and that I would be issued a return authorization number in order to begin a reimbursement of my money. I received the e-mail confirming said on September 25th 2013. It also mentioned that the refund could take up to 90 days. That has come and gone. I have continually called the company and have spoken many times to *******", ******, ****, and several more. I have been hung up on, promised return phone calls with more information,asked to call back after "1PM" and ask for the "shipping Department" as they handle returns. I have done everything asked of me in order to bring this to a close. Thermagasket has not. What do I have to do to get my money back?

Desired Settlement: They must honor their money back guarantee.Product price $99.95, Shipping was $16.00 for a total of, $115.95 and this is what I will accept.

I truely believe that if I had not continued to call and email this company 2-3 times a month over the past 6 months, the refund would have never happened. BUYER BEWARE!!
