            ON APRIL 12TH, 2023 WE PURCHASED AN ENGINE FOR A 2016 CHEVROLET COLORADO LT ***** V6. INVOICE# ****** WE RECEIVED THE ENGINE AND INSTALLED THE ENGINE, AFTER INSTALLATION WE FOUND THAT ENGINE DID NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY, CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON AND BLINKING AND TRUCK WAS RUNNING VERY ROUGH, AFTER FULL INSPECTION IT WAS FOUND THAT SPARK PLUG ON CYLINDER #4 ELECTRODE WAS BENT FROM CONTACT - 100% CYINDER LEAKAGE. 0 PSI COMPRESSION - WITH BORESCOPE FOUND LOOKS LIKE DAMAGE ON TOP OF PISTON. WE CONTACTED ENGINE WORLD AND ENGINE WORD REFUSES TO SEND US A REPLACEMENT OR GIVE US A REFUND. ENGINE SHOUL DBE UNDER WARRANTY AND THEY SHOULD REPLACE ENGINE BUT ENGINE WORLD WILL NOTCOOPERATE NOR SEND US A NEW ONE OR GIVE US A REFUND. ENGINE WRLD HAS THE ENGINE BACK AS THEY SENT A DRIVER TO PICK IT UP BUT NO REFUND WAS PROVIDED.

            PLEASE, DO NOT buy an engine from this company. I bought an engine from them a few weeks ago. The goal was to save me some money. Turns out that the engine leaks oil. In order to get a replacement, they said I will have to take the engine out and ship it back to them so they can send a replacement engine to me. The problem is that it will cost money to take it out, ship it and have the replacement put back in. They told me that they won't cover the cost of labor. I tried to reason with them to have them issue me a partial refund or share the cost of repair for the engine so I could keep it. They refused and said that it is my problem, not theirs. This is very painful and indeed, I have learnt my lessons. Please, do not make the same mistake I made. It will cost you. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

            All of our engines are sold with a no labor warranty. In a warranty situation we will send for the engine to be picked up and will ship out a replacement engine. We cover the shipping cost on our end. We just do not cover the cost of labor. This is stated as item #1 of our limited warranty.

            1) Purchaser agrees that EngineWorld is not responsible for any cost of labor, parts, towing, installation, dismantling, reinstallation, transportation or freight claim, car rental, loss of work/wages, and/or any other related costs.

            Please contact us by calling at ************ if you have any questions or would like to file a warranty claim and move forward with getting a replacement engine.
