    We purchase the Subaru cross trek at Diablo Subaru Walnut Creek. On Feb 29, 2024 we drop off our car for tire replacement and said leaved your car and wait for 3 days due to none parts ( said they have to order the parts). After 3 days we called according to what they promised to us. But their promised wasnt true and said not done yet wait until Monday because of weekend. We told them that we need our car back done or not done. The guy named *** said I will prepare your paper works and call you back when its done. The next day he called us back instead of car released he offered to my husband saying ah ok you are eligible for car rental and you can used it until we fixed your car and its free rental. Because we car to work my spouse agreed. Upon giving the loaner car my husband did not received paper agreement and they just let him signed in IPod and the only explanation he received pertaining gas toll gate and a copy of insurance card without explaining in case of any damaged and our insurance not covered it we will pay from our pocket. It is frustrating that only one tire replacement takes two weeks and that time that we are about to return the loaner and pull out our car, incidents happen along the freeway that one object hit the windshield that cause a slight chips. This shouldnt happen to us. They charging us $1800. to fix the windshield I disagreed due to over priced the manager *** said ok I give discounts and pay the amount of $1600.+. and if you dont pay this amount , you cannot get your car back, We went home without our car and after 3 days my son and his father forced to pay the asking amount with our credit card just get our car back, unfortunately the tire wasnt replaced yet, what a terrible services they have done to us. We shouldnt pay for this amount, they also need to pay us for the inconvenience damaged because they lied to us. According to their loaner agreement it takes only 3 days but why it takes 2 weeks to replace for only one tire?

    *****, the sales manager at the used card dealership is a fraud. He bragged about taking advantage of people and making insane profits off of them. Then he ignored me for 2 weeks while i attempted to follow up on a part the dealership owed me. However, when we were sent to subaru to do our financing, we sat alone without any update for 3 f****** hours. No offer for water, no opportunity to go get food, because no one bothered to tell us there were several people before us. We had traveled 5 hours and were tired and hungry and thus grumpy. I've sold cares and been in sales management my entire life. I would be embarrassed to see a customer ignored like we were, and someone would be held accountable. They didn't even give me a tank of gas, knowing we had a 250 mile journey ahead. It has been 10 days since I purchased this car. Can't get either of 2 sales managers or the ** to call me back with an answer on the charging cable for my phev. So in 10 days I've never once been able to charge my car, and a total 4 people can't tell me when it's expected. Now a year later I've contacted them 5 days in a row asking to cancel my extended warranty, no response.
