    We used to have a package room and Luxor mail service which was convenient because I could stop by after work and get my packages at my convenience from the mail room with either **** (mail room attendant) or ********* (package lockers). this was included in our monthly rent.Within the past year, we switched over to a mail service called fetch (without asking residents), which requires us to have a different mailing address. the problem is when someone (family, friends, loved ones) want to send a package on a whim, it will go to the wrong address since we cant use our mailing address. this is a minor concern.the major concern i have is that now we have to pay for this service monthly ($21), and the pickup AND delivery windows are not convenient. i work 8-5pm monday through friday and get home around 6pm. the delivery windows are ****pm, and 5-7pm. if i choose the 5-7pm they may not reach me since i dont arrive home until 6pm. the next option is to pick up on saturday from ****pm. i dont think i should have to pay for a service that is less convenient than the free service we had.Some of the packages I receive are medications, that i cant miss a dose on. i should not have to wait until saturday to pick up my medications if it was delivered on Monday. ive reached out to both the fillmore center and Fetch, and neither has recommended a viable alternative (fetch asked me to email them every time i have a package scheduled which is not sustainable as they dont respond within 24 hours). there used to be a delivery window from 6-8pm and ****pm, which has since been removed once they updated our package address a second time. this is extremely frustrating and i know other residents are also upset with this change.

    COMPLAINT ONE: They attempted to illegally charge me $556.93 after one year of residence to pay for paint, which counts as normal wear and tear according to ******** law. I am contesting the charge and considering a class action lawsuit.COMPLAINT TWO: One of their employees stole a laptop out of my apartment after that same employee provided access to my apartment for a lock-out. A police report was filed. No one was charged.On Tuesday I locked myself out of the apartment and I contacted the "Courtesy Patrol" to gain access my apartment. THEY DID NOT CHECK MY ID and opened the door to my apartment.The next day, I left and locked my door as usual. When I returned, my laptop was missing and the door was still locked. The only explanation is that someone with a key entered the apartment while I was away. The only people with access to keys are myself and the building staff.Do yourself a favor and pay $500 more to live somewhere better.
