4/08/2021 we obtained the warranty. 7 Months after we started to have water issues, Welgard came out performed testes, gave supplemental water, hotel accommodations and replaced the well pump. They then concluded a new well is needed, they had soil test done to pull permits, as they were pulling permits to drill a new well, I had advised we pulled one over a year go when building the basement, so we had pulled well permits and other permits due to COVID in case we had a need for it. Welgard denied me days before the drilling company was scheduled to come out due to having a permit on file from October 2020 and I was left with no water and a huge bill I did not have the fund for. My concern is they started work. did all the necessary tests to turn me down last minute stating it was "pre-existing". We had water for over a year with no issues with 6 people living in the home. There is no way we lived this long without water. We are requesting a refund for the well drilling that welgard had promised per the contract attached and signed.
