My car was towed from my apartment complex for being "illegally parked". When I arrived to greenwood I asked to see the photos of it being illegally parked, the lady showed me one picture partially showing my vehicle, I asked to see the rest she said that's the managers option. I also explained my car was parked crooked because of how the car parked next to me was parked. He printed out the same photo I had already seen I asked to see the rest, he stated it was the only one he had after I had seen it was more on her computer screen and then stated " well that's all your getting". I called and spoke with someone at my apartment complex they had gotten another picture from them and said my car was mostly in the parking spot just crooked. Unfortunately the car I was parked next to had left by the time they came to get my vehicle. The manager told his employee he was no longer ******* to me to resolve the issue and to pay. I called the police for assistance in seeing the photos and getting my vehicle the manager again refused. I asked for information to contact someone over seeing him and he told the officer he was the owner. I was there for an hour while he was refusing to talk with me. I am due to have my baby in 2 days and missed my appointment due to this. I paid the 260.00 just so I wouldn't miss my next appointment and needed my car. Also my receipt says my car was towed at 2:10 and in the lot at 2:13 my complex is 15 minutes away from the towing lot.

You come out before we left while the vehicle was still on the property but hooked to the tow truck. By law we must offer you a Drop Fee and release the vehicle on the property. The impound fee for Baltimore City is $300.00. The Drop Fee price is 50% of the impound fee or $150.00. Everything that Greenwood Towing did regarding your vehicle was in accordance with the law. Greenwood Towing does not engage in predatory practices, farm money or wash money. In order to give you a proper receipt you must give us a valid drivers license which you refused to do at the scene.
