    PMP has rented out a condo I own for many years. I decided to no longer rent. PMP checked the most recent tenants out of the unit on 5/1. They told me all looked good. I went to the condo on 5/3 and the unit STANK - I had told PMP no pets allowed, apparently there were cats in the place and they urinated everywhere. PMP clearly did not inspect the unit the ~3 years these people lived there. The place was filthy, grime along the inside windows. PMP then had a cleaner clean the place - at a cost of $865! For an empty 800 sq.ft condo! The washer was damaged due to constant overloading (I had extended warranty and had it repaired - repair person found so many clothes stuck under the washer drum, a bag was filled to the brim with clothes). An ugly black lock was installed on a relatively new refrigerator (I was told this was an 'upgrade'). I had them remove it. Then the carpets were pulled out - and left outside the unit for 2 days! And the condo is now covered in dust - so much for the $865 cleaning! PMP is now waiting on the previous tenant to pay the full amount for the carpeting, before they will allow the carpet installer to install the carpets. He has already received half of the charge. Or perhaps the carpet installer is refusing until he gets paid. And I am getting a lower grade of carpet. I wonder what they will look like when they are done installing. And then utilities were supposed to be changed to my name in May - has not happened. Not sure where the bills are going..... There are simply no words I can describe to what a nightmare dealing with PMP has become. And in the meantime my condo is sitting empty as it is uninhabitable. It still reeks - even after the carpet was removed. And the neighbor just informed me there were 2 families residing in the condo. Did PMP ever inspect the place? Shocking lack of service - don't ever use these people.

    This being our first experience living in a neighborhood with an HOA has not been a positive one and this is purely down to one in particular Richard S****** has been nothing but a predator when it comes to any type of violation. Not only is he extremely condescending but he makes you feel under attack in your own home. We were under the impression that the HOA is there for our benefit to keep the neighborhood to a certain standard which we appreciate. We do not appreciate being targeted by a man who is purely on a power trip any opportunity he gets. Both our neighbors have had an unpleasant experience with this man as have many other community members. He needs to be removed from here so that we can enjoy the home we purchased without feeling micromanaged and disrespected anytime there may be an issue. We do not feel supported by this company and wouldn’t recommend them to any other communities looking for HOA representation.
