On 02/07/2022, I came I to advanced radiology ***** ****** Baltimore, MD today to get a yearly mammogram. The staff member at the front desk her name was Diana. I walked into the center and approached the front desk and asked Diana if I can ask her a question. So, I said hello to her, and she had her head down. So, I stood there and waited for her to look up and respond. She didn't instead she put her hands in her ear and said I'm listening with her head still down. I couldn't believe it. So I stated to her that I wanted to know if my order was received from my doctor in a email or fax. With Diana head still looking down, pointed to the clipboard and said you have to sign in for that. So, I signed in and then walked back over to see if she was wearing a name tag. She wasn't, so I asked her name she stated Diana. I then said Diana your really rude .She stil said nothing and looked straight ahead as if I didn't exist. So I asked to speak to the officer manager. The office manager came out and stated his name was Justin and he took me to his office in the back and did what I asked Diana to do. This is really sad that a person such as this works in a front desk environment assiting patients in environment. It's so sad, especially I drove 1 hr and 49 min to Thai location because I had a meeting in the area and I said to myself let me make my what'll appointment since the service has always been great with all the other ladies there. I don't like what happened today and it needs to be on the record and also this lady needs more training to to find another job where she doesn't have to deal with the public. Thank you.
