    I checked in to this hotel on Thursday 5/19/22 after making an internet reservation for a "Premium" room that contained additional amenities that included a clock/radio, Seattle's Best In-Room Coffee, a complimentary Snack Box and a Spa-like Bathtub. The "Premium" room was a higher room rate than the other same rooms. I entered the room and the bathtub was normal and none of the other amenities were there either (only half of a coffee maker without coffee!), despite a sign on the room door stating it was a Premium room. There were also signs on the fridge and on the main sign outside the hotel about the Premium rooms. I went back to the front desk and asked about the tub and the clerk responded by laughing at me and stating that they don't have any rooms like that and I could have a refund and go elsewhere. Being in town for an event with a dog, finding anther pet-friendly hotel would be difficult and the rates even higher so we kept this room with the intent of contacting corporate RedRoof later. On Saturday morning the toilet stopped flushing correctly. I called the desk and they said housekeeping would take of it during the day. Returning to the room that evening the toilet was not fixed. i checked out on Sunday morning. On Monday afternoon I contacted RedRoof Guest Relations and explained what happened. I was offered a free night for a future stay and stated I preferred two nights given the toilet issue on top of the misrepresentation regarding the Premium rooms that don't exist. Two days later I received an email saying that they were sorry for what happened and nothing else. Today I called RedRoof and was told the case was closed on their end but they could forward it to a manager if I would like and maybe they could review it. I also responded to the email stating how unhappy I was with them closing the case without resolution and/or refund and that by lying about their rooms this hotel is insulting all customers.

    I checked in on 03/07/23 and paid for a deluxe room. What a dump. I have pictures to prove it all. The room was filthy with food stained walls, blood stain on the sheet just to name a couple of things. We had no PHONE, alarm clock, hair dryer, coffee maker, iron, ironing board or a working safe. When I went to the front desk, the very unprofessional and nasty woman working there, refused to help. All she said is that people steal things. Absolutely disgusting. Just to be fair, the water pressure in the shower was great. Nobody should waste their money on this filthy place and be disrespected at the same time. I called guest relations at Red Roof and they weren't helpful. All she said was their properties are franchised and refused to give me the name of the owners. Now, if you want a great Red Roof location, try the one on Elkridge Landing Rd by BWI airport which is less than 10 minutes away.
