Long story short, I opened an account at the end of May, on the same day they took the payment for June out of my bank account. Pick up is to be every Friday with the first being 6/3/22. They didn't show but due to us being in between homes and still getting trash pick up at our old house I wasn't upset, just figured maybe they needed that first week to get in the groove so to speak. 6/10/22 was supposed to be the second pick up, again they didn't come. Again, with us only living here full time for a few days at that point we didn't have a ton of trash so I wasn't upset but I did call to find out what was going on. By the end of the call I was assured that they would be here on the next pick up 6/17/2022, AGAIN no pick up. AGAIN I called and was told that someone should have already been here and that she was going to send a message to the manager, find out what was going on and she would call me back in "about an hour". By 630 I realized I wasn't getting a call back and I was going to spend another weekend picking up trash that the crows and wild animals have ripped from the dozens of trash bags. I ended up having to buy another trashcan (that I shouldn't have needed and wouldn't have if ecology Services did their job). Next pick up was to be on the 24th, I called on the 23rd to make sure they would be coming, I was told yes. By 3pm on Friday 6/24/2022 they still hadn't come., I called AGAIN. Today 6/27/22 , I have a MONTHS worth of trash at the end of my driveway still waiting to be picked up by the company that was already paid to do so. Through all of this I have never been rude or had a nasty attitude with the person I spoke with but yet this morning when I called to let them know that no one came on Friday after my call or Saturday (like I was told when I called on Friday) the girl had the nerve to cut me off when I was talking and have an attitude like she was annoyed by my calling again. Ecology Services is a joke of a business.
