As I called in for information of a delivery, the customer service department spoke to me with disrespect, general disregard to customer service, poor
I placed a call to Allied Propane 9/8 approx. 7pm, and left a message with the answering service. Allied called 9/9 and my husband gave them a payment over the phone, they did not state when they would deliver. I called in 9/10 and asked as to when the delivery would be, she ***** stated she did not know but it could be up to 5 days, I then stated I called in on the 9/8, she stated " then you should call in on regular business hours" with an attitude. She then placed me on hold for approx. 5-7 minutes. I choose to hang up and call back in, The phone was picked up on the second ring and *** answered, I stated with annoyance that I was on hold for "10 minutes, al be it an exaggeration on my part, She stated "10 minutes" I asked to speak with **** the owner and was told he was in a meeting and I would not be able to speak to him until it was done. Not unreasonable but now I was annoyed with both girls responses. I was going to purchase a $1000.00 worth of propane, we have been with them for 12 years and with those 12 years they, *** and ***** have been rude before. We reduce our payment to $800.00 a loss of $200.00 to Allied and as the conversation ended *** stated "I guess you don't want to know about the pre-purchase program" with an attitude. Good luck Allied, your customer service department has lost you money and we will be looking for a new propane company.

No settlement, other than maybe an apology from your customer service department.

I spoke with ***** ********* on 9/10/2014 and she relayed this complaint to me. We did make a delivery of propane to her residence on the same day. I told her I would talk to both *** and ***** on the way in which they responded to her call and I have done so. I will call ***** today and advise her of this. Hopefully this will resolve this issue to everyones satisfaction.
