Company sold me a truck that they knew the warranty had just recently went out on with a bad compressor I am in Nashville tn and had the truck shipped. When the truck arrived i tried using the air which would not work at all. Upon me calling Krietz the very next day they told me to take the truck to a dealer to see why it’s not working of which costed me 232 dollars for a diagnostic test of which it was clear it needed a compressor. Before I took the truck I took pictures of the engine being that I found it weird that there was purple die on the compressor hoses already so I figure someone had to know this was not working. Krietz claims the truck underwent quality and control before being shipped but I doubt that considering they had been working on the ax prior to sending the truck to me the whole process was sketchy even then dragging there feet to get me my truck after it had already been paid for. Krietz called me today and told me that none of my warranty’s covered this matter and that I would have to pay $2300 dollars to have this fixed myself as they did qc on the truck and it was working fine when it left so they say but if that were the case wouldn’t they have made me sign a as is document? I dished a paper that had warrant checked on it they responded with it’s for the aftermarket parts and it’s not covered. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE as they practice business tactics to beat people on truck they just put a lift and wheels on granted this is a 2021 ford f150 platinum with 37000 miles on it it was very strategically sold so that no one would notice. I bought the truck on sept30 2023 the day after I purchased (not received) the truck they tried to tell me they had already scheduled delivery but they did not talk to me about anything like that so they were trying there best to keep it away from me but I had to let them know that my driver was already otw and that they were trying to drag there feet which made them get everything done but now this.
