I bought a 2017 ford Escape from here 3 years ago, I brought it in for service to the transmission at 90,000 miles like suggested, when leaving my shield underneath they didn't put back on correctly and it flew off on the highway, they told me I didn't need it anyway... well from there I got exhaust smells from not having it and had to replace my catalytic flex pipe early at a cost of 1400.00 I also have been having issues with a hill start assist abs and traction light and parking aid fault they could not find a problem I had it in twice and no resolve . They charged me 700.oo to replace a caliper and parking brake motor that I told them had just been replaced. After having my car for a week and told issue was fixed, I drove 2 min. Away And lights came back on. The car has a transmission recall that I have tried to have them fix but they don't have parts. After reversing my car on hill and getting a park aid fault light the car hung up and slammed backing up and now the transmission fault light went on and I had it towed in, they called me back and gave me a 7000.00 estimate to replace transmission and cooler said it just shot. I know it has everything to do with recall and they are denying it, also I have not been told it could be remanufactured or anything just that it is shot, how is this even possible. The transmission ran perfect till it bound up and it has everything to do with hill start fault and park aid fault that I had it there 2 times to address. This has been the worst car and company I have ever dealt with.
