              This is my second time using this shop to fix my vehicle. My car was dropped of to the establishment on 2/28/2022 to be fixed using a ***** insurance claim. I made multiple calls to the establishment over a month period requesting updates on my 2013 Chevy Malibu also stating my name when I called for updates. Every call I spoke with the owner Reggie. Reggie told me he was working on my car multiple times, but in actuality giving me updates on another vehicle. One month later after the insurance company is no longer paying for the rental Reggie called the rental company to extend my rental 3 more days. I went to get a check from him on 3/25/22 which he canceled payment after I had my car picked up and taken to another shop after he still could not produce a fixed vehicle or accept responsibility for not fixing my car after 1 month of it sitting in the back of his garage or him giving me updates on a HONDA CROSSTOUR owned by a person with the lady name ***** my name is ****** !
