BBB files indicate the business has a pattern of complaints concerning Service and Refund issues. Specifically, complaints allege after cruises were paid in full, consumers received notification from the business their cruise was cancelled. Allegedly, refunds from the cruise line were issued back to the business, however, the business did not issue refunds back to the consumers. Complaints also allege consumers being contacted by the business the day before or the day of their scheduled cruise only to be told their cruise had been canceled. The business gave no reason for the cancellations and no refunds were issued.
