According to BBB files, New-Talk, Inc. has a pattern of complaints concerning various service issues. Specifically, complainants allege failing to properly advise consumers of activation fees, sales issues, billing issues, and service issues.
Activation Fees - Complaints allege consumer called the business for service and allegedly was told there would be no first month charge only to later receive an "activation fee" invoice or not being advised during the service set-up of the activation fee. The business provided detailed explanations to the complaints, apologized for any confusion caused, and removed all charges on the accounts to reflect a zero balance.
Sales Issues - Complaints allege during the sale of service, some consumers did not completely understanding the services offered by representative thus experiencing unauthorized disconnects and/or service. The business provided responses to complaints, apologizing for the negative experience with the business and removed all charges from accounts.
