Complaint: Scheduled an appointment for 10 August 2013, at 1500 hours with All Season’s Pest Control to service the house we were leasing at **** ******* ***** **. On the day of the appointment, their technician ****** called my wife ******* at 1325 hours and asked if he could come early. Due to conflicting schedules, ******* asked to have the appointment rescheduled to 18 August 2013. Later that day, Bryan from all season’s called and left a voice mail on ******* phone that said they already have a job schedule for 18 August and would not be able to treat the house on that day and would charge us $35 for a missed appointment. However, we never missed an appointment, their technician did not come out to the residence and we tried to reschedule. Furthermore, he left a voicemail, that I still have, that states he was going to charge us $35…however, it charged us $45. When I tried to contact him to resolve the issue he gets belligerent and hangs up. I have a billed receipt that confirms my story that their technician did not come to the house, and states that charges only apply to missed appointment.

Desired Settlement: Refund of $45

The $45.00 service charge was billed to and paid by Mr. ****** former property management co.

and not paid by Mr. ****! Therefore, Mr. **** will not be due any reimbursement from

All Seasons Pest Control.

All Seasons Pest Control will refund $48.71 to Mr. ****** former property management co. to

resolve this situation.
