Delivery Issues

Complainants allege once an order is placed with the company, the payment is processed, but the company fails to supply the item.  Sometimes the company notifies the consumer the item is on back order or provides the consumer with invalid shipping tracking information.  Other complainants allege despite paying for overnight or expedited shipping, the item ordered is not received in the delivery time frame paid for.  For items that are shipped, consumers claim having to wait weeks to months to receive the product.  The company responds to these complaints with a variety of responses including:  the item was shipped and received, there was a shipping error, it was a close out item that stock ran out on which is why it never shipped, and "we make no shipping guarantees other than orders typically ship the same day."

Product Quality

Complainants allege products and replacements stop working within weeks to months of purchase.  One consumer stated, "I don't believe this company seels new bulbs, I believe they are refurbished and sold as new."  The company responses normally do not address product quality issues.  However, in response to one complaint, the company states, "...We only sell brand new after market products.  They are new used or refurbished."

Sales Practices

Complainants allege the company website provides inaccurate information about the compatibility of replacement parts.  One consumer they "spent hours verifying" they ordered the correct product, verifying that the website listed the product selected as "compatible", only to find the product did not fit.  The company agreed the item could be returned, but would not waive its 25% restocking fee or pay for return shipping.  The company normally responds by claiming the consumer ordered in error.

Refund Practices

Complainants allege the company fails to refund and charges consumers a 25% restocking fee and shipping fees to return defective items or items not "compatible", despite being advertised as such on the company website.  Consumers also state the company uses its discrection to decide whether to ship a replacement or treat it as a return.  If it is treated as a return, the consumer is charged a 25% restocking fee plus shipping charges.  The company typically responds by indicating a refund was processed, the consumer is ineligible for a refund, or by stating, "We have a 25% restock fee for all returns and refunds."  In one response, the company stated, "We guarantee to send you the correct and functioning product even if that means we keep resending the item, but if you choose to return it there are certain fees for this return."

Customer Service

Complainants allege that repeated calls and emails to the company go unanswered and unreturned.  The company typically does not respond to these issues.
