Complainants allege once an order is placed with the company, the payment is processed, but the company fails to supply the item. Sometimes the company notifies the consumer the item is on back order or provides the consumer with invalid shipping tracking information. Other complainants allege despite paying for overnight or expedited shipping, the item ordered is not received in the delivery time frame paid for. For items that are shipped, consumers claim having to wait weeks to months to receive the product. The company responds to these complaints with a variety of responses including: the item was shipped and received, there was a shipping error, it was a close out item that stock ran out on which is why it never shipped, and "we make no shipping guarantees other than orders typically ship the same day."
