Complaint: I ordered 2 postcards to be direct mailed to potential customers from the company and both pictures had extremely low resolution. I contacted the company and even though I was never notified that the picture quality was low, they told me that it was my own fault and they couldn't do anything. I feel they should have more quality control and replace the postcards I originally mailed. I pay for professional photos, and I have no idea why the photos were so bad.

Desired Settlement: replace the same quantity of postcards that went out but to different customers at different addresses.

BBB Response:

Xpressdocs is a self service platform which allows agents to build their own marketing material for print.  Agents are able to proof their orders before confirming and sending to press.  With this said, the product that was received and confirmed, are the same.

Ms. ********* has had a couple credit for similar issues in the past pertaining to proofing.  The photos that she uploaded were only 79kb and 119kb which stated  that these photo were low res.  See below.

We are happy to help and willingly accommodate our partners when we make mistakes. When errors are outside of the scope of Xpressdocs it can become difficult.  What we are able to do for Ms *********, is reprint and mail the order at no charge to the same precipitants as original order once a new photo has been provided.  Using the same photo will duplicate the same issue.

Complaint: RE: Order ID *******; Job ID ******* On July 1, 2014, I purchased Single Sided Business Cards with UV Coating, as recommended by my company ****** ******. My business cards arrived; however the quality of the product was disappointing. Although proofed from my end, apparently, there is no quality control inspection of the finished product on Xpressdocs and they are not acceptable for use. Xpressdocs verified that there was a color saturation issue, making my image pink. Further, the template design, which Xpressdocs originates, is fixed to be blurred and illegible. Lastly, somewhere following the submission, my name was omitted from the business card. I called Xpressdocs and they modified the card, removing my name. In my initial conversation, I found Expressdocs Customer Service uncooperative and without a timely and acceptable resolution. Their offer to reprint the product is untimely and unacceptable. I returned the cards with the receipt to verify the purchase price.

Desired Settlement: I expecting a full refund of the $45.00 price of the cards to the credit card I originally used within 14 days.

Business Response: Per the client's request, instead of reprinting the the product we issued a full refund to the client's credit card on July 31st, 2014.

Consumer Response: I have received  a full refund.
