Complaint: Can anyone here tell me how my dead mother's name, who had past away in 2008 from leukemia in Las Vegas, NV, for whom my FL address and name was listed as an emergency contact ended up on your marketing list that you sell to local merchants in FL with my FL address for her name? Who in your company is responsible for selling dead souls to local merchants? Who had given to you the address from medical records in NV to include in your marketing list? How many of these dead souls have you sold and for how many years, and how much money you have generated doing this? I will get to the bottom of this one way or another and someone will be held responsible.
Desired Settlement: I would like to find out every details of the source from which you have acquired my mother's name and my address. I would like a written explanation of your verification practices of such acquired information. I would like to know the date your have acquired this info and from which source. I would like the total number of times this info had been sold or shared to and or with any other sources in writing. Further more, I will peruse legal actions to obtain requested info, etc. In accordance with law. I intend to keep and collect all and any communications between us to pursue legal actions and legal resolutions.
I contacted the customer, **** *******, directly this afternoon via the phone number he gave. When speaking with him, he explained that he had received a postcard (Direct Mail advertising piece) addressed to his deceased mother at his home address and that he receives many credit card offers, advertising and such addressed to her. The postcard referenced was sent by a Coldwell Banker agent in Florida who is a client of Xpressdocs. This is the first piece of mail he has received that was produced by Xpressdocs.
