Based on BBB files, Warrantech Corporation has a pattern of disputes alleging long delays for repairs to start. Specifically, complainants allege repairs times are delayed due to parts not being ordered.
Additionally, Warrantech Corporation has a pattern of disputes alleging customer services issues. Specifically, complainants allege they experience difficulty in either being able to contact Warranech and/or receiving follow up calls in a timely manner.
Warrantech Corporation responded to BBB indicating a Quick Response Team has been established to promptly address customer concerns and a Comprehensive Claim Management Platform has been implemented. Thus allowing consumers to access information including; appointment scheduling and tracking in real time. Also Regional Service Managers have been put in place to ensure service providers and parts issues are managed in an expedient manner and employees are to receive additional training which focuses on a better customer experience.
