5/4/2016 Toyota of Fort Worth provided a written quote along with pictures, stock and VIN numbers for a vehicle (Camry LE) in their inventory. I received a confirmation by e-mail and telephone from the sales person (Chris *******) and the director of sales (Jebb). The next morning Vlad ******* (sales manager) and his salesman pretended that they could not locate the car and dragged me and my 73 year old mother-in-law who intended to purchase the car, around the dealership to wear us down so that we would agree to buy a car at a higher price. It was obvious that the written quote was provided as a bait to lure us into the dealership and the car and the price were both fake. I complained to Toyota's headquarters and even after that Toyota of Fort Worth could not produce a professional person to call me, to hear my complaint. The supposedly director of sales who called did not even know which day I had been at the dealership. This establishment lacks professionalism and basic human decency. I will certainly spread the word about my experience through every legal method to ensure that they correct their behavior.

8/25/2013 I drove over 5 hours to see a truck that needed tires, dirty, and had scratches. They said they had no room to deal and they offered me 20% of what my truck was worth. 4 days later they drop the price of the truck. No room to deal! they are dishonest!!!! don t trust them!

7/15/2013 I bought a 2006 Scion TC from Toyota of Fort Worth. I have only had my car a few months. I had water leak into my car from an air conditioning tube. I now have to replace the clutch. A major repair that cost me $1650 only months after I purchased the car. The clutch was in no way my fault. There's more! My moon roof has not worked since the day I bought the car. The website for "Certified Toyota" says," Each Toyota Certified Used Vehicle is reconditioned to Toyota's exacting standards by Toyota factory-trained technicians and backed by an extensive used car warranty." Not at this dealer!
