8/11/2015 Don't buy or service your car at Durant Toyota Granbury or Weatherford, they are run by the same management. I purchased a 2015 Highlander in November 2015. The sales experience was wonderful, but the servicing of the vehicle has been lacking. I took my vehicle in for a recall and the 5000 mi oil change on May 23, 2015. I has set the appt a week in advance to avoid issues. Result: my issues are not fixed as if August 11, 2015. I called advisor back within 10 min of her calling me to state they needed to replace the recalled part. We played phone tag the rest of the day and when she answered, she didn't know I had been calling. She tried to give me a corolla for a loaner car for the week. Corolla does not equal a highlander. I get the vehicle back a week later and they ruined my seat when they placed a panel on it and it indented my seat. Durant service manager said seat would be ordered and replaced, but it hasn't been and it is now august 11. By the way, oil change was not done bc Melissa states it was not needed. My navigation is glitchy now. I am finally able to contact the durant service manager, Kevin, after bugging my original salesman. The service department told me that Kevin does not have a voice mail or email bc they would only give the general info out. Kevin states on July 30 that my seat and navi will be replaced and it will take about 4 days to get the navi part. It's still not done, over a week later. I look at the manual. 5000 mi oil change should have been done for cars driven in dusty conditions. Summary: 3 issues and no resolutions on a 10 month old car= never buy from here

10/7/2013 I was given the bait and switch my sales person **** *****. I explicitly asked for the certified 2009 gmc yukon white/diamond with 43,000 and I even put up 500 deposit for the suv until i did get approved. Well, once i was approved they said here is you pewter yukon with 60k miles on it. I totally disagreed with truck offer. The one I wanted was like 29,500 and they said no, it's 28,500. So now I have to wait 2 to 3 days for 500 dollars credit back to bank and now have wasted credit report hickies. Should have know when salesperson hee-hawed around about having it when I directly asked for it and he said they have alot of hits on that truck. Totally, bad breath experience.
