3/3/2016 The used car management is terrible! I will never use this company again! They are giving me the run around in trying to fix my car that I have had for less then 6 months. Their customer service is horrible you call and no one answers. I have left numerous voicemail's and no one has returned my call until after the fact I had reported them to the BBB. Of course now they want to take a "look" at it and see if there is anything they can do to help.
This customer had a NEGATIVE experience with this business.
This customer WOULD NOT recommend the business to a friend, family member, neighbor or colleague.

12/27/2013 Typical "nice people" with horrible service. There were no cars ahead of me when i got here, quoted 1.5 hours tops for an oil change, but took over 2 and half hours. I received plenty of apologies but no explanations on why it was taking so long. The service department are quick to apologize and smile, but nothing gets done. Don't pee on my head and tell me it's raining. They must have apologized 20x, but no one could produce my truck or tell me why it was taking so long. Grapevine Ford has a much better service dept. It would have been faster to drive there, get service, and be back. Guy next to me waited for 3 hours for a tire change and still wasn't done when i left. If it's something major where you can take their shuttle service for an all-day job or you're leaving it there for a couple days, it may work out. However, for something quick, be prepared for a LONG wait in an uncomfortable room. When I asked if someone could refill the coffee decanters in the lobby, I got a dirty look from an employee as if I was bothering them.

Comment from the Business We regret that we failed to meet this customers expectations. Our goal is to deliver a best in class experience and obviously this customer feels he did not recieve that. I agree with him on some points and I take exception on other points. As a business you really hate to disagree with any of your customers and would like to not have to make comments to that effect. However in the interest of protecting our reputation I feel it necessary to respond to points I disagree with. I called this customer and spoke to him. He did state that the service advisor told him upfront the wait wait would be one and a half to two hours. Not the one and a half hours tops he stated in his review. His repair order was written up at 12:10 pm and completed at 2:20 pm. We did more than just an oil change as he stated in his review. We did an oil change, tire rotation, installed a new strap on his tail gate, did a multi point inspection. During the inspection we found the battery needed to be serviced and customer oked that. After work was performed we washed the vehicle and then returned it to the service drive for delivery. we went back and viewed our video cameras and customer drove off at 2:29pm which was 19 minutes past our promise time but we did have to get authorization from customer to do the battery service and then perform the work which was not part of the original time promise. This customer has been a loyal customer and has ten service visits on record with us. I feel he is a good customer and again deeply regret that I am having to make these types of comments. We were the Better Business Torch award winner in 2013 which is the highest award a business can recieve from the BBB. I bring that up only to hopefully show how we strive to satisfy our customers but we openly admit we are not perfect but strive to satisfy every customer that come through our doors. by on 12/30/2013
