He will succeed Don Decker, President and CEO of Decker & Vickery Inc. dba Mills Body Shops and Mills Truck Equipment, who has served as Board Chair since January, 2012.

Farabaugh oversees the operations of D-Patrick Motoplex, a multi-franchise automobile dealership offering Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Porsche, Audi, Volkswagen, Nissan, Honda, Ford and Lincoln brands. The dealership is widely known in the Tri-State for extensive charity work and community involvement.

Farabaugh is active in Holy Rosary Church, where he spent many years chairing the Finance Committee and was awarded the coveted Bilski Award for service, in 2006.

Happily married with two sons, Farabaugh has earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Dayton (1979) and completed Master's work in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Akron (1980).
