I cancelled this service under good terms. Service man was calling to set up another visit. I called the Swat Pest and they said I didn't cancel.
I cancelled my Swat Service under good terms. Service man tried to set up another appointment. I called the Swat Office to ask them why he would be calling since I cancelled. The office said she had no history that I called and cancelled. I reminded her that I was canceled on good terms, that we were doing outside and inside construction. I was confused why they had no history of my cancelation and that I would have to talk to someone else. That person was unavailable. I received a bill for $103.12. I never scheduled a visit from the service man, I had cancelled. I never saw the service man do any treatment around my house and he has not been in my house to treat . I have been a Swat Pest costumer for several years. Unfortunately, now I will not return to this service since now they are turning this over to a collection agency since I won't pay for a service I didn't receive and cancelled.

I don't feel like I owe $103.12. I feel the office didn't believe me and just transferred me to the owner.

The customer and I had an opportunity to discuss the specifics of his complainant, and he was very helpful in providing some constructive feedback on how we can improve upon our customer service and internal processes. We have taken his valuable feedback to the parties involved with his case and have provided additional coaching to mitigate these miscommunications in the future. It is our sincere intent to ensure our customers feel they have a sound process in which to communicate and have their needs satisfactorily met. We truly apologize to the customer for not fulfilling this responsibility with their service opportunity. The account balance that resulted from our error has been removed, and we thank the customer for their time and understanding.
