            I will never rent from them again. I had years of service with them and was a satisfied customer until this last rental I took out. I believe they made a mistake on my account and tried to correct it and the correction failed, so I ended up paying for their mistake. If I could give no stars I would. Simple math and they acted dumbfounded. It may not be much money but the fact they were literally oblivious to the transaction that occurred had me hot. I figured it out and they couldn't. just dumbfounded. You lost a faithful customer. And the corporate office is no better. They don't return calls nor emails.

            I have reviewed the account and did not find any obvious errors on the account. I have actually talked to the client about this and after a pleasant discussion we came to an agreement on how to better handle issues such as this. I invited the client to the store to review each payment to ensure that both parties were in agreement. I do not find that there is any need for correction on this account and I have extended an olive branch for this client to return to us and feel that this could be a possibility in the future.
