    This is ******* and **** *******. We have been advised by ********** Motor Sports in *********, KY that upon inspection of our 2018 Razor Turbo Xp, that it will need the engine replaced once again. The first engine blew up on April 28, 2022, it was sent to ********** the next day. ********** ordered a remanufactured engine from your company it was installed by ********** and we were able to pick it up finally on or about October 21, 2022. The timeline of events between when we brought it until when we could pick it up in October 6 months later was a tangled trail of issues between the inspectors, the shipping or whatever but we did not have use of our UTV for the next 6 months. On October 24, (3 days later) we discovered that the engine case had been welded even though we had paid for, out of pocket, $850.00 for NEW NOT USED engine cases. We contacted ********** they picked up the unit and took to their facility and they advised us that NFlow was sending a replacement engine in an attempt to warranty that engine. December 15, two months later, we were able to bring home our SXS once again. December 22, 7 days later, it blew an intercooler suspected to be from excessive pressure from a leaking head gasket. Back to ********** on December 30, 2022. We paid $1027.00 out of our own pocket (see attached invoice) to avoid the long delays in dealing with the warranty inspectors and shipping and whatever else excuses for delays. We were finally able to pick up our SXS on March 25, we are now 11 months from the original breakdown date, we have had it in our possession a total of 10 operable days. May 6 Engine knocking. No smoke, just knocking like a rod cap had came off the crank. We called ********** they came to pick the unit the next day because they were told they had to do yet another inspection. In all 3 motors there was a combined less than 200 miles. ********** contacted us and advised that they had requested a refund because we told them we do not want another motor from NFlow. They told us that the person they spoke to at Nflow denied their request for refund. At this time, we are asking for a payout in the amount of $6029.48 We have enclosed a quote for the cost of a used motor from a different company. We haven’t chosen to purchase a brand new motor and at this time, we are willing to accept this price to resolve any future claims and waive any right to future claims regarding this matter in an effort to make this go away. We have no desire or intention of having another defective part shipped, installed and again returned, based on the history of the quality of product you have provided to us. We feel this claim is more than reasonable and the situation can be resolved quickly and easily. Otherwise, we will seek the advice from an attorney and pursue for damages, loss of use of equipment, labor, new engine, and undue emotional distress and loss of one year from our manufacturer warranty while it sat broke down. We are very reasonable people and we would anticipate that this situation can be settled. This is our only correspondence in writing and please respond in writing with your intentions.     I bought a rebuilt Polaris 1000 engine and was really happy with everything. It arrived quickly, and the customer service was great. I called a few times to ask questions and always got updates. The engine works perfectly.
