            This is a place that blames the 80 year old couple who signed off on an order that the salesman put the wrong product number on their purchase order. Like they knew the exact product #, this is the responsibility of the salesman, who informed me that he put a wrong number therefore the wrong product was shipped and we were asked if we wanted to keep it, heck no, completely wrong color. So reordered and now product had a flaw in the middle of the vinyl so had to recorder. Was told it'd be here Mar 3, now will be shipped on Mar 14. All started on Jan 18. Meanwhile my parents house is a mess, with all the furniture moved into one room that they can barely move around. Also the order amount was much more flooring than was needed. Talk about talking advantage of the elderly. Shame, and they are not willing to compensate for all this mess.
