During the Southwest Character Council’s Monthly Luncheon in July, Santa and Juan Badillo, owners of “The Sprinkler Guy” were recognized for the character quality of Orderliness. Orderliness is “Arranging myself and my surroundings to achieve greater efficiency.”
The Badillo’s were nominated by Dr. Laura Guerrero. Via email Guerrero explained that she had contacted “The Sprinkler Guy” and from the voicemail message to the service provided, the company operated with the optimum Orderliness. Phone calls were returned quicker than reported, and each time the personnel were courteous and respectful of Guerrero’s time. She was given an appointment time, and rather than being late, they were early and even asked if that were okay with her.
Guerrero ended her email with: “My time as a professional is very valuable. I am willing to pay more and be a loyal customer to a business who displays orderliness and understands that my tie is the most valuable thing there is. This is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.”
“The Sprinkler Guy” is a home based business that began part time in May 2008. However, in February 2011 the Badillo’s took the plunge and began devoting their energies to the business full time. The company currently has approximately 600 residential and commercial customers.
