              Eagle Heights at ***** *************************** ************************************************** Previously lived at **************** a property within this community. Moved out July 2022. Was wrongfully charged for August 2022 and threatened with collections. When I provided proof of their mistake they said I was owed a refund. I have received nothing. This community has not returned any of my calls or emails. I have been calling and emailing trying to resolve the overcharge and now the refund. I am repeatedly ignored. I was told back in January a check would be mailed to my new address in **; three months later...nothing and I am again being ignored.

              ******** ** **** ******* ****** **** ***** **** **** ********* ** * ***** **** * ***** * ***** * ** * ******* * * ******** ******* ****** *** ** ****** **** ******* **** *** **** i initially moved on Kelly st(Huntington West i believe)in 2014 rent was $750 by the time i left my rent had increased to $850 I moved to Huntington Village in Dec of 18 rent was $950 fast forward to today their telling me my rent is increasing to $1421 INSANE! RIDICULOUS! no new renovations no new appliances no carpet no hardwood flooring NOTHING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING so why such huge increase **** ******* ** ***** ****** **** ***** ***** ** ***** *** I AM LIVID....the surrounding areas are border line poverty there is no house in the area that is worth $1421 huntington Village sits next to low income housing **** *** ****** ****** ****** **** ***** ** *** ******** so again i ask where is this huge increase coming from im currently looking for a affordable living area where im not being ******* **** Hunt Company ****** **** their long time residents also there is not any type of security to the property the gates are all broken you hear gunshots every other night so again i ask why such an huge increase?
