            I noticed my $50 deposit hasnt been refunded on 1/22 from the date I stayed on 1/12 I called the hotel to inquire on the refund I got a gentleman on the line stating he was the manager stating that the reason why the refund wasnt done was because their was make up on the blanket a lot of blood on the sheets. I told him there definitely would not be any blood because I wasnt bleeding. Then he proceeded to say that he saw the room himself and there was a lot of blood. I asked if he took pictures of the sheets and he stated that the policy did not require it. So I asked how can they hold me liable to that if no proof is provided? He hung up after that .

            No towels, toilet overflowed every use, no fridge, sticky stuff on floors, hairs in shower, the latch lock on the door was broken off and had a hair tie wrapped around it, pillows were flat, homeless people were sleeping in the lobby, no customer service to speak of, no one answered the desk phone, half the lights were burnt out, ************************************************************.****************************, adjoining rooms were unable to close off from each other. People were running up and down the hall and knocking on doors while dogs barked all night. You can hear everything from the paper thin walls.
