Cj's metro automotive told me they could and would fix the driveline on my truck. When I received the truck back, the driveline was in just as bad off
In September of 2015 my truck was dropped off to fix a rattling noise. The noise ended up being the driveline and CJ's guaranteed they could fix it. A week later the truck was picked up from the shop and the problem was exactly the same. If they would of test driven the truck, they would have clearly noticed the unresolved issue. They charged me $1163 for a job that wasn't even close to being done. I did a chargeback on my credit card and they sent it to their lawyer and found a technicality with the receipt of the final shop that fixed it. The new shop accidentally put the wrong year of the truck on the invoice and therefore I didn't get my money back. People should know the type of shop this is, these guys are shady and make promises they cannot keep. They claim my truck was t fixed cause it's lofted and certain angles are out of wack or whatever but the last shop I took it too had no worries and had the truck fixed in one day with no issues since. If CJ's knew what they were doing, this wouldn't be happening.

I would like a refund. They said they could fix my truck, they did not and I had to pay another shop to finish the job.

To the response by the business owner, my Visa chargeback was declined because the company that fixed my truck made a type-o on the invoice regarding the year of my truck, that's the only reason. It is very clear, you claimed you could fix my truck and clearly were not capable. You gave the truck back to me in just as bad or worse shape then when it was taken to your shop. Claiming you fixed it and then taking my money for a job not done is an ethical and moral fault on your end. Hopefully future customers will see the lack of quality and care in your attempts to fix their vehicle and find a better, more reputable shop to work with. Im submitting this claim to help someone in the future not have to deal with the issues ive had to deal with. I will continue to stake my claim to help others. if CJ's would like to admit they were wrong and refund my money, I will glady stop filing claims knowing they are capable of doing what's right. Next steps are social media and media itself to help others avoid this company and their terrible service.
