Complaint
Vehicle I purchased is leaking coolant and Dynamic Drive fluid.
I purchased a vehicle 04/26/2016, and we purchased the vehicle as is no warranty, and since we were buying the vehicle as is we make sure to ask the sales person if anything was wrong with the vehicle other than the regular wear and tear stuff, **** our sales person explain to us that nothing was wrong with he vehicle and that the only thing he recommend we do is an oil change, other them that the vehicle was in perfect shape. well a week later the vehicle started making a noise and my husband contacted **** and he had us take he car which we did, they said that he noise was some plastic. after that we started noticing that the car leaking coolant and dynamic drive fluid, which we were why would the car be leaking coolant and hydraulic fluid, we contacted the manager ******* very nice man and he kept telling us that he was going to talk to is main boss to see how he can help us, well that went on for a whole week and we wouldn't get a call neither from ******* nor his "boss". 05/11/2016 I contacted ******* and he asked if he can call me back I told him yes, about 30 minutes later I received a call from the Finance Department *** R and he told us that there was nothing they could do and that ******* drove the car for a while and nothing was wrong. At this point I cant believe he give us the run around for a whole week to tell us he cant do anything and on top of all that ******* the Sales Manager didn't even call me, the finance person did which not sure why he would call if from the beginning he told us any issues with the vehicle he had no saying. I'm very disappointed at Indianapolis the only reason I went there was because of the good reviews I read and also saw that they were an accredited business. Also they are trying to blame us for the car leaking coolant and hydraulic fluid, there is no way anybody would purchase a car and then brake it on purpose, the whole reason we got a car is because we need it, this is not a wear and tear situation on any car and I don't think we should be entitle to fixing that. This is a good experience for us we will never purchase a vehicle from Indianapolis or refer anyone to them.

Desired Settlement
I would like for Indianapolis Motors to fix the leak on the coolant and Dynamic drive, there is no way this is a wear and tear situation this is something faulty in the vehicle, that it seems like their mechanics did not notice.

We take pride on having an A+ on Better Business Bureau and extend our best customer service.
I want you to know that Indianapolis Motors fixed all repairs you had requested at no cost to you in an effort to resolve any problems and issues you had with your 2007 BMW 530I. Indianapolis Motors fixed the noise on the bottom of the vehicle your husband complained about a week after you purchased the vehicle. It was a loud noise that would occur when you traveled more than 40 mph. The leak on the coolant and Dynamic drive was never discussed until approximately two weeks after the vehicle was bought. Indianapolis Motors offered and explained to you an extended warranty and gave you an extra day to think about before closing the deal. I have documents here with both you and your husband signatures declining the extended warranty. You also signed the AS-IS-NO-WARRANTY document and were clearly aware that the vehicle had no warranty once you drove it off the lot. Once again it is a used vehicle and that's why we offer and explain to yo the extended warranty and AS-IS documents to our customers.
Indianapolis Motors is no longer responsible for any repairs you might have in the future on your 2007 BMW 530I. We completely finished and provided all repairs as requested. Thank you once again for your patience and allowing us to service your vehicle as compromised.
