            November 9, 2012, BBB conducted a physical inspection of the business to check if the AS IS Buyers Guide required by the State of Texas was posted on the window of each vehicle. BBB sent a letter to the business requesting for all vehicles to have the Buyers Guides posted on each vehicle and to respond to the BBB regarding this request within 10 business days. The business did not contact the BBB. A second inspection of the vehicles was conducted and some vehicles did not have the Buyers Guide posted on the windows.

              Transaction occurred February 4 2023 I went to purchase a car from gaels auto sales in ******* ***** They sold me a car with contract 2013 ********** cc Car was fine during test drive after signing documents engine broke down upon turning car on they told me they were going to fix the car I waited a week and a half for resolution and they told me they couldnt sell me the car anymore because the car was not drivable they told me they could only give the money back to me on card I payed on file I told them my card is no longer after PayPal thought I was traficking money when I placed the order so refund to card is not an option I requested cash or check refund they said they can only return it to my card even after me explaining my card was no longer available They said I have to find a way to get PayPal to take payment back or pick from another car that they offer me All cars that they offer are extremely low grade and bad quality I started crying they told me to man up I payed a down payment of **** and they will not refund me

              **** refuse to fix the horn that never worked, because they say they had to spend $ 168 to fix the door and give a key FOB that was not given when the car was purchased. The doors still need to be fixed. We are very upset and will take further action
