              June 30, 2022 Paid for a septic system inspection prior to purchasing a property. $367. ****** came with a camera attached to a pole. Spent approximately 15 minutes looking at the tank. Provided a report that only said there was corrosion on the crossover pipes between the tanks and said that the tank would need replacing soon. No other details were provided. December 25, 2022 - we get sewage back up in our basement. We call a different company on the 26th who finds that the pump has failed. The pump in our system was a pond submersible, not even a sewage pump - we had no idea. The wiring was also done very dangerously as well. There was no pump alarm. This cost us $865 to pay for a new pump and labour. Not to mention time and money spent cleaning the basement of the septic back up. I feel that Cobob was negligent in their inspection and failed to report crucial information about the septic system we asked for a full inspection on.
