BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating Overview
BBB Customer Reviews Rating represents the customers opinions of the business. The Customer Review Rating is based on the number of positive, neutral and negative customer reviews posted that are calculated to produce a score.
|Customer Review Experience||Value|
|Positive Review||5 points per review|
|Neutral Review||3 points per review|
|Negative Review||1 point per review|
BBB letter grades represent the BBB's opinion of the business. The BBB grade is based on BBB file information about the business. In some cases, a business' grade may be lowered if the BBB does not have sufficient information about the business despite BBB requests for that information from the business.
BBB Letter Grade Scale
Star Rating scale
BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating is not a guarantee of a business' reliability or performance, and BBB recommends that consumers consider a business' BBB Rating and Customer Review Rating in addition to all other available information about the business. If the BBB Rating is NR then only Customer Reviews are used for the Star Rating.

Complaint: Concept took away old roof and installed new one with *** *************************** in may of 2012. I paid $6371.40. Ice damning formed all winter long. I had never had this issue before. In spring, roof leaked over front steps. ***** seldom answered my calls or emails. When he finally did, he came over and promised to put a twirly fan. I have not heard from him since. He no longer answers my emails or calls. I had the roof inspected, it has several deficiancies. For ex. california valley installed causing leak, did not replace old drip edge, all around the house not enough overhang left, base metal not nailed in behind the chimney.
Desired Settlement: I would like him to quickly fix the deficiencies before the winter starts and I have more leaks.
Business Response: Initial Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2013/09/20) */ I am very sorry to keep you waiting. I will arrange for someone to be there next week to insure that you will have no problems with your roof this winter. Final Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2013/10/01) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) This is Tuesday night and I still have not seen *****. Sadly, again, nothing but promises. Final Business Response /* (1000, 15, 2013/11/19) */ It was taken care of a few weeks ago. I will try and get ahold of the customer today.
