            I rented a house from Oakwood management for last 6 years but they didn't return my Security Deposit without specific reason. 1. "Out Inspection" was very good and everything was Clean/OK, which can be submitted on request. 2. I sent e-mail and left message but owner is not answering. 3. All other staffs said they don't know anything and refused to answer. They should return return my Security Deposit or at least reasonable explanation.

            This is the worst rental managing company. They have given us as a family such a run around when it comes to repairs. From the moment we moved into our home it was nothing but problems. Our dishwasher was broken upon moving in and it took them 2 months to get us a new one! During the deep freeze this winter 2022 in December our furnace broke and then all pipes and toilets burst. We have been waiting for 6 weeks for them to start repairs. We are a family of 5. 3 kids one of them being an infant and we havent been able to live in our home. There were many more problems than listed here. I would need way more than **** characters to explain. But we are furious! I wish there was an option to give zero stars.
