The technician that came out to inspect and evaluate the drainage issue was professional and courteous. He was patient and addressed my questions and concerns about the drainage issue. The diagnosis fee was reasonable as compared to others.Follow up...from about 1.5 months ago, I called them to proceed with the basement drainage repair. Given my circumstance at the time, they were able to schedule me in quickly and in short notice. They showed up on time and completed the work in a day as luckily no other unforeseen issues were found (2 days was estimated in a worst case scenario). The work was done by ***** and ****** in a professional manner and workmanship. Throughout points in the work, they updated and showed me various aspects of the repair. They took care to protect the areas around the work area and cleaned up very well. So far, no issues with the repair. I recommend them and will call on them on another job soon.
